The Larg Centre
The Larg centre is capable of sleeping 34 people in bunk beds.
The dormitory wing has three bedrooms each sleeping eight people in four double bunks and a smaller bedroom sleeping
two people using a double bunk. A bedroom on the opposite side of the building sleeps eight in four double bunks. The rest of the accommodation comprises: a large games/activities hall; a dining area; a kitchen; male and female toilets, each with shower facilities; and a drying room.
The kitchen has a large, commercial style cooker/oven unit; a double stainless steel sink unit; a fridge/freezer; and a plumbed-in water heater. Ample food storage space is provided, and there is a wide selection of cooking pots, utensils dishes and cutlery. The kitchen has a serving hatch into the dining area which can comfortably seat thirty four people.
Both male and female toilets contain a shower cubicle. The games/activity hall is large enough to run a full programme of activities and games. The permanent seating has built-in storage space for equipment, etc. The building is adequately heated throughout.
Smoking is not allowed in any building.
Bedding is not supplied. Please remember to bring your sleeping bags.
